Have you ever had a big decision to make and someone tells you to “sleep on it.” Well, a new study suggests that might just be the best advice a person could give you.

At Northwestern University, a team of researchers designed an experiment to test whether cueing music associated with unsolved brain teasers during sleep increased people’s ability to solve those same brain teasers the next morning. Fascinatingly, they found that it did.
