Income inequality is one of the most urgent issues of our time. Pope Francis has called it “the root of all social evil.” President Obama called it the “defining challenge of our time.” As the top 1% continues to get richer and wages for lower classes remain stagnant, it’s time to ask, What can be done? Well, how about a pay code? Or a minimum inheritance? A basic income for everyone? Here are 5 radical ideas, some of which has already been put into practice.
