Today’s Solutions: August 15, 2026

According to Net Zero Energy Coalition, there is great news ahead. Within a year zero-energy homes should increase six-fold. Zero-energy homes are houses that produce as much renewable energy as they consume, avoiding any waste. Focusing on the US and Canada, the coalition reports that California is the leading state in the area with 3,652 zero-energy homes.  More however will have to be done to meet the Paris Summit goals, as the construction sector is responsible for 30% of all emissions.
