An unhealthy youth doesn’t have to lead to heart disease later in life. It’s never too late to start incorporating healthy life choices into your everyday habits. A new study published in Circulation found that people that waited until their late 30s or 40s to start leading a healthy life still had the same heart disease prevention opportunities as youths who started living a healthy life in their 20s.
