New research from St. Michael’s Hospital in Canada have found that those who eat 160 grams of pulses a day feel 30% fuller than those who don’t eat them, and as a result eat less and lose weight. Pulses are a low glycaemic food, meaning they take longer and require less blood sugar to be broken down.
