When we play as kids, we imagine scenarios and create situations that give rise to creativity and knowledge. Just like the situations we experienced as kids during play, many of the complex problems adults face in life and work require creative solutions. By incorporating play into the work-setting, it can help stimulate the creative problem-solving solution process.
