According to emerging research, omega-3 fatty acids could be an immediate way of cutting the harm caused to billions around the world by air pollution. The research also shows that pollution particles can penetrate the lungs into many organs. Though healthy fat supplements can help the body build its defense against pollution, the best thing the world can do for its own health is pushing to reduce emissions.
