Beyond the relaxing feelings that saunas give, research shows that using them on a frequent basis can cut your risk of stroke by 60 percent. The study isn’t the first to discover that the hot habit comes with health benefits. Other research has linked using a sauna with a healthier heart, longer life, and lower blood pressure.
