Less than a month after rumors began that Beyond Meat might decide to go public, the California plant-based powerhouse has put its chips on the table and filed for an IPO. In documents filed Friday, the company said it had applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq under the symbol “BYND,” with an initial offering size of $100 million.
