A study at the Medical Research Council Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge, UK, showed that manoeuvring the colourful tiles of Tetris in the hours or even days after the traumatic experience could be an easy way to reduce the risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
