However, traveling also makes a great contribution to more social cohesion and better understanding in the world. But you can travel without feeling guilty if you do this one thing: Stop eating meat. Livestock emissions make up about 18 percent of total global greenhouse gas emissions whereas the transportation sector is responsible for around 14 percent of emissions.
