From McDonald’s to Panera, fast-food restaurants are finding that people want healthier options, and by adding vegetables, they’re attracting more customers while serving less meat. The rise of vegetables challenges the notion that all fast food is horrible for you while displaying to customers that its possible fill up with a healthy meal. There’s also a financial bonus in it considering vegetables typically cost less than meat.
