The electric car is going to shake up the car industry. Already California newcomer Tesla is posing a serious challenge to traditional car manufacturers. But new manufacturers in countries like China and India are entering the field as well. Now, Turkey is announcing that it has been tested a prototype of an electric car that was designed and developed with the support of the Turkish government. “Our car will be better and safer than Tesla’s car,” said Science, Industry and Technology Minister Fikri Isik.
